So please fill out the form below in THIS thread and makes sure that it is filled out properly. Thank you.
( a n i m a g u s ) An Animagus can change into the form of an animal. The magic for this transformation is complicated and very advanced, and very few wizards even attempt it. When a wizard transforms into his or her animal form, some visual clue typically connects that form to the human. For example, McGonagall and Skeeter both wear glasses and their Animagi forms include marks around the eyes. See Animagi. Restricted to 6th years and older
( l e g i l i m e n s ) A Legilimens is a Wizard who has learned the art of Legilimency, sensing the thoughts of another person. Dumbledore and Snape are both experts at this form of magic. Voldemort is also an accomplished Legilimens. Restricted to 5th years and older
( m e t a m o r p h m a g u s ) Unlike some of the other types listed here, Metamorphmagi are born with the ability to change their appearance at will. Nymphadora Tonks is a Metamorphmagus. The word comes from the Greek prefex "meta-" connotating change, "morph" meaning "form," and "magus" meaning "wizard." Restricted to 4th years and older
( o c c l u m e n s ) The skill of Occlumency allows a person to block the efforts of a Legilimens to probe their thoughts and memories. A person who practiced that rare skill is called an Occlumens. Restricted to 5th years and older
( p a r s e l m o u t h ) The ability to speak the language of snakes and to command them is extremely rare. Any age - MUST PM ADMIN BEFORE APPLYING
( s e e r ) Another rare gift is the Inner Eye, the ability to prophesy. A wizard with this gift is called a Seer. Trelawney does have some small measure of this talent, but it has surfaced only twice that we know of. Any Age - MUST PM ADMIN BEFORE APPLYING
( v a m p i r e ) Vampires are studied in Defence Against the Dark Arts, but are not considered wizards. They are hated and feared by many and centaurs oppose them. Garlic may be used against them, although the methods of how are unclear. They may walk in sunlight, but are sensitive to it. Vampire are no longer allowed inside of Hogwarts. Restricted to Adults
( w e r e w o l f ) The werewolf is a most unusual creature in that it doesn't technically exist except for a brief period of time around the full moon. At any other time, a werewolf is a completely normal human. However, the term werewolf is used for both the wolf-like creature and the normal human. A werewolf comes into being when a person is bitten by another werewolf. Once this happens, the person must learn to manage the condition. Modern potion-making has come up with a draught called Wolfsbane Potion which controls some of the worst effects of the condition. Wolfsbane Potion is quite difficult to make, even for fully qualified wizards, and is said to have a rather disgusting taste. Nothing will completely cure a werewolf, unfortunately. This transformation is triggered when the moon is full, although there is some evidence that a werewolf who is taking a regular regimen of Wolfsbane Potion will not transform until the moonlight actually strikes him.
( v e e l a + h a l f ) Part bird, part human. They dance sensually to attract the attention of the opposite sex. They have raging tempers and often conjure fire from their hands and grow a beak and scaly wings.
